Looking at the Marvel Database page for this comic I'm wondering why they think some of these characters are specifically 616 versions and not identical variantsThe End 2099 Multiverse cameos from Marvel Zombies, Earth X, House of M, MC2, Age of Apocalypse, Milennial Visions, Deathlok, Secret Wars Ghost Racers and 1602.

The most deep cut cameo is Jessica Spector from Milennial Visions.

Because there is nothing that really seperates them atm. If a character in question explicitly says something that condradicts participating in this storyline, then their appearance here would be considered not 616.Looking at the Marvel Database page for this comic I'm wondering why they think some of these characters are specifically 616 versions and not identical variants
So you mean that due to time being EXTREMELY malleable they somehow end up being dragged into specific multiversal moments and lose memory of them after it's all over?
