Yes I read it and it is a different Multiverse, re/created by the Maker instead of the main one re/created by the 616 FF. It should exist within the Marvel Megaverse.

Some were saying that the existence of this What If meant 1610 was retconned to have never come back to existence Post-Secret Wars in the main multiverse.
However, the writer acknowledged the Post-Secret Wars 1610 appearances in thr main multiverse and also confirms this is not the same 1610 (which was clear in the comic anyway).

Some fans assume it's not canon because the Star Wars one is confirmed not to be. But the Marvel One honestly has no evidence not to be. In fact i'm pretty sure there are a couple references to in in later episodes. I will always accept that Phineas and Ferb shares a universe with Ultimate Spiderman and Avengers Assemble.
If 12041 encompasses Phineas and Ferb, it would probably encompass the live action Disney shows also, due to the Jesse crossover. In fact I think the Disney live action shows being 12041 is even more likely than P&F, since I think that show is a bit too cartoony for 12041 (but maybe it could still work idk).

I can imagine one of the shows having a split second cameo of the map of New York City with a Spider-Man mask circled on it and Danville somewhere along the country with an incredibly horrific cgi Phineas head

I don't know if I discussed it before or someone else did but if so I'll reinstate it
I kinda toyed around with the idea that since the 2000s Spider-Man and X-Men movies were planned to be connected I kinda thought it'd be funny if The Amazing Spider-Man films were part of the rewritten timeline after Days of Future Past
I mean hey, characters had their actors changed and their ages shifted around without explanation all the time in old X-Men movies, why couldn't it be the case here
