Marvel Rivals Timeline/Reading Order

I finished the first challenge and there's nothing lore related from what I can tell
 
I feel like I came out of the Time Chamber lmfao. Anyway, I completed the challenges, got my Patch skin, and unlocked the Special Edition Gallery Card

Hellfire Gala: Special Edition Gallery Card: "Night of the Year"

It's Betty Brant reporting on Krakoa and the Gala, Spider-Man is here (we know he hops to and from Tokyo 2099 so it's not a hiccup), and it takes place as Emma Frost prepares to announce the Star of the Gala as Ultron invades. I think it can go right after the Season 2 reveal trailer
 
I would work hoodoo and voodoo of the most forbidden caliber for Rivals to have cinematic shorts like Overwatch…

Yeah fr, even if it wasn't the same style as overwatch, it would be so cool to have something like that in the style of the Rivals trailers. They cooked with those trailers and fleshing out the lore and story with an animation like that would epic.

Lets go! I'm quite annoyed I didn't complete the last one cause that mantis skin was very cool. Studying comes first though. I will try to finish this one cause that skin is so sick. I wonder what they will explore. Maybe iron man/emma frost relationship or him making ultron. Idk about black widow. Magneto could talk about the x-men more and krakoa + arakko. And the ultron one will be quite interesting maybe talking about what his plans are and similar to dooms message at the end of season 1, it could round this storyline off and lead into another one.
 
Iron Man: "Fathers and Sons"
• After Lesser Evil Gallery Card since it mainly follows Tony reprogramming Ultron

Cerebro File II: "Iron Man Field Journal"
• Stark journal also describing him reprogramming Ultron as well as discovering Mysterium so I'll place it after his new story

Cerebro File II: "Stark-Fujikawa"
• Talks about Rumiko Fujikawa merging with Stark Industries by the year 2099 so this can go Pre-Entanglement just after the Krakoa files (because both link to 2099 and Stark-Fujikawa is native to the era)

Cerebro File II: "Stark Sentinel"
• Mentions the Hulkbuster (Banner skin prz) and that in the past Stark made Sentinels so this can also be placed Pre-Entanglement since it's before Mutants were considered allies (I'll place it before Voltaic Union since Storm is allied with Cap)

Cerebro File II: "Mysterium"
• Mentions the mutants of Krakoa and Arakko discovering Mysterium so it can go Pre-Entanglement after the other Krakoa Files

Team Up Profile: "Gamma Charge" (S2.5)
• Can go just before the S2 Team-Up since this is Hulk internally talking about teaming up with Namor (he says this Namor looks and sounds different than the one he knows so possibly Classic Namor in the future?). The way Namor talks about needs Hulk's energy also suggests that this leads into the S2 Team-Up

Team Up Profile: "Stark Protocol"
• Iron Man telling Ultron he gave him healing abilities so it can go after the rest of the lore talking about Tony's reprogramming

Team Up Profile: "Rocket Network"
• There's no real timeline hints (aside from them being a duo in the first cinematic trailer) so I'll just place it at the end with the other Rocket Team-Ups since by then there's more proper teaming up between heroes

Team Up Profile: "Chilling Assault"
• In a very similar position and lines up well with Luna and Hawkeye being part of Cap's/Wakanda's Avengers so I'll place it after Atlas Bond

Team Up Profile: "Symbiote Shenanigans"
• Jeff promises to himself that he'll get a Symbiote partner of his own one day and there's a high probability that next season will focus on Symbiotes (voice lines recently leaked suggesting that some heroes are getting Symbiote skins) so I'll place this after everything Hellfire Gala related

Team Up Profile: "Operation: Microchip"
• Punisher and Widow talking about going on a mission so I'll place this after the Resistance Cerebro File since it's the latest mention of the 2099 Resistance with Punisher and the Red Room

Team Up Profile: "Jeff-nado"
• There's no notable timeline hints so I'll place this after the Storming Ignition profile

Hellfire Gala Gallery Card: "Queen's Gambit"
• From Krakoa's POV and its Emma secretly talking to Doom 2099 and it picks up some time after X-tron leaves for Arakko so I'll place this right before Ultron's story
 
Cerebro File II: "Red Room Report"
• Natasha mentioning her freeing Cap, teaming up with Punisher, and dancing with Steve to catch up. Since they're dancing and Widow is suspicious of Emma it happens before Ultron invades so I'll place it after Storm's Cerebro File

Cerebro File II: "Marvel Knights"
• Talking about Natasha assembling her own Resistance with people willing to blur moral lines so I'll place it before Operation Microchip but it can go basically anywhere after Punisher's story

Cerebro File II: "Secret Deal"
• Talks about Natasha picking up on Emma's microexpressions as she psychically conversed with Doom 2099 so it can go after Red Room Report (the image used is from the Queen's Gambit Gallery Card but that interaction happened in private and the file emphasizes that Widow uses her training to analyze people for intel in crowds so I believe this is occurring during the Gala)

Cerebro File II: "Red Room"
• Discusses Natasha time and escape from the Red Room and her rebuilding it so I'll place it pre-entanglement before the Stark-Fujikawa file

Hellfire Gala Gallery Card: "X-Machina"
• Expounding more on the Binary Arrow skin description. Hawkeye, Iron Fist, and Magneto are fighting their way through Arrako (interesting Hawkeye notes that the heroes have plenty of downtime in the Intergalactic Empire of Wakanda). I'm going to place card after Ultron's story

Oh yeah I forgot about that. Wait hear me out real quick, what if these comics are set in Sai's Home universe. The description reads "MARVEL RIVALS TAKES OUR HEROES BACK IN TIME – AND TO JAPAN".

Idk about all three events in it, because peni vs punisher and venom vs Sai could be part of Psylocke's home universe. But Luna Snow vs Hela is apparently set in asgard but they have their Japanese skins so I'm not too sure about whether that is set in TRN-1444 Asgard or TRN-1574 Psylocke's Japan Universe.

But if so, then my point earlier on about skins being from certain universes could still apply.

Some of the skin variants (especially the themed ones) seem like characters from alternate universes mixed in with the timestream entanglement but aren't important figures in the story. I see some of them as different universes and others as events from the more important universes, for example, the immortal dragon theme seems like an ancient Chinese universe where those characters lived and do superhero stuff in ancient times (like the what if episodes in medieval times or during the wild western period). Whereas something like Punk Revolution and 60th anniversary take place in the 2099 universe and the present day New York universe respectively, where the Hulk of that universe is Punk Hulk. BTW its up to you if you want to add the skins but I doubt they will bring in these small themes (immortal dragon etc.) into the lore. But skins related to the story (like the blood shield skin) and the original skins, I personally think connect to the story/lore even though the descriptions are quite vague.

It could just be the normal characters (TRN-1444, TRN-1445 and TRN-1515) in Japanese skins, but I hope they are the TRN-1574 versions of those characters. And I know these skins are Japan based and the Immortal Dragon is more Chinese themed, but they could still be part of that reality maybe, because some of the MVP/Intro animations and the fact they are still releasing more Immortal Dragon skins after Chinese new year, could be an indicator as to it being the same universe. I know I'm doing a lot of speculating, but skins belonging to certain Universes could be sick.

• Describes Ultron infecting the Arakki residents so I'll place it after his story

Cerebro File II: "Cerebro Sword"
• Talks about Magneto once turning Cerebro into a weapon and gifting it to Charles so I'll place it Pre-Entanglement before the Quiet Council entry

Cerebro File II: "Okarra"
• Describes Krakoa and Arakko's origins as one island and that they had to rejoin to purge the Ultron Virus so i'll place this before the Arakko stage

Hellfire Gala Gallery Card: "Everyone Has Secrets"
• Doom 2099 turns on the heroes after defeating X-Tron and Ultron impales him only for it to be a Doombot
