He's already been doing that and does as it goes along. But they wouldn't invite him to a summit with all those people just for advice on the one-shots, which they could easily do over the phone/e-mail at another point.

Writer's Strike = Heinberg has time to himself and isn't getting paid to write anything = He decides to finish his ideas for Young Avengers.

Isn't that surprising to me.
