Marvel's Earth-616 Timeline

Offtopic but Dark Horse's Conan has it's own designated Earth.

If Marvel Appendix can declare this, Berserk and Akira as part of the Marvel multiverse, give us the Image Comics or Invincible Earths.

Earth-80925 for this one

No Earth designation yet AFAIK

Or this

Or even THIS

Or how about that Sailor Moon Magazine, mhm?

Dunno how I feel about Kamen Rider, Sentai works and mainstream manga/anime being in the Marvel Multiverse; same with Ren & Stimpy and presumably Nickelodeon properties as well.

Meanwhile, over in DC's multi/megaverse, Bionicle is a DC Earth…

Iron Man could easily end up in Chalkzone or meet up in Catdog world technically.

I asked the site runner if the Transformers G1 cartoon will get a designation since it was produced by Marvel Productions. He replied that he was focusing on comic books at the moment.

Everything Hasbro would have to be in it's own cluster in the Marvel Multiverse.

I remember that Transformers Cyberverse cartoon alluded to the fact that their 'multiverse' is based in branched timelines, akin to Marvel's rules regarding time travel and the multiverse.

Beast Wars itself follows that same rules too.

War Is Hell #13, and we're at Dunkirk now, specifically June 1st (during Operation Dynamo), as stated by the opening dialogue box. Fortunately, the entire story takes place on that day, with nary a flashback to interrupt.

For the timeline/reading order, this should be placed after WIH #12, since that story was set in Spring (March to May).

1940
June 1st

War Is Hell #13, "Today's A Lovely Day to Die!" [Earth-616]

Also, I just realised that there are only two more issues for War Is Hell for me to do, then I'm not sure what comic series to focus on afterwards. Any recommendations are welcome.

Are you going (somewhat) by release order, or are you game for any?

I've always been a fan of the original Secret Wars run, though I've never been able to get my hands on any copies themselves (though I do have the more recent Battleworld series, where [I forgot which writer] wanted to add to it. I'd love for someone to tackle the comics that lead up to Secret Wars, and the few that would come after it that are still relevant (acting as a sort of epilogue I guess)

I'm mainly focusing on the Golden Age stories and ones that are set around the 1930s to 1950s or during specific wartimes (IE: WW2 or the Korean War). Silver/Bronze/Modern Age stories that retroactively take place during those periods can also count IMO.

If you don't mind me asking, how/where are you getting and reading these old comics?

I imagine some online comic archive (when I went through a 3 day phase of reading the 616 comics from scratch, that's how I did it - though a few were available to read on the official Marvel website)

Thanks, I'll have to check it out. Any specific comic archive or nah?

Idk if this will help but, I looked at this page on the marvel wiki and there are a few series that are during WW2. Stuff like Sgt. Fury and Battleground etc.

Honestly, I just look up "[comic name/issue] read online]", though I did find a few good ones. I don't remember their names, but I'll do a quick search and get them for you tomorrow
