starting with Batman:

Bruce Wayne is born on February 1963, he then lost his parents on November 1971.

Superman:
Kal-El/Clark Joseph Kent is born on December 1964 (in this universe, Kryptonian babies are put into some kind of capsule until they're properly born, so even if we saw Sups' body during the destruction of Krypton (18th April 1938) he isn't properly born yet.

BONUS:
Superman starts his career in 1979, but he starts using his iconic costume and the Superman name on September 1988.

Batman Starts his career on 4th April 1989.
