New Robocop movie in 2010?

I heard there was going to be a new Robocop movie in 2010: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RoboCop#2010_film

Anyone hear anything on this? Any thoughts?

I heard about this.

Right now it seems still all in the planning stages but nothing concrete. It's at the very least being shopped around for merchandisers and financing, but no production team AFAIK.
