I am playing, but have yet to see the character devour any Orphans. This game is a lie.

Sometimes he takes a bite out of them before he puts them in the bag.
I got to Level 2 and got killed by ****ing steam pipes. In Level 2, you're rescuing orphans rather than selling them as meat pies. This significantly lowers the fun of playing the game.
