click the picture in word and go to cut.

open up pain or something and paste

I did the picture at school and sent it to my house by e-mail. The only way I knew how to send it was by Word document. How do I get the picture off word and saved as just a picture?

Oh yeah I just figured the format was wrong and after what I said he would then host it on one the sites you said. My bad.

Rightclick the picture, select "save as" on the dropdown menu, and go into "My Pictures".
