Actually, looking at what you did with the timeline it's very different then my interpretation, it'd be before 2012 for yours. Also, are you aware you put toy story 4 so long after toy story 3? Bonnie doesn't age too much between them. She's about 3 in toy story 3 and she's 4, at most barely 5 in toy story 4.
She'd age more significantly between 2004 and 2007. She'd be closer to 6 or 7. Now I don't know exactly what it's like in the US, i know school starts near the end of the year there, but in my country, my kid was 4 when she did kindergarten last year since her birthdays in December, and Kindy starts for some kids when they're 3. I could be wrong but i find it unlikely that an at least 6 year old or at most 7 year old would be starting kindergarten. I also don't think how different she looks in toy story 5 makes as much sense if she aged from only 6 or 7 to 8 than it does 4 or 5 to 8. She's very clearly a lot younger in toy story 4, and is confirmed several times in dialogue to be 8 in five.
So just something to think about after you watch the movie. I think either 3 or 4 might need to move to be closer to the other.
