I have a question about the #105 issue of Marvel Comics' "Journey Into Mystery". In this issue, Thor is dealing with two villains: the Cobra and Mr. Hyde. The two villains initially come into conflict (since Cobra picks a random victim who happens to be Hyde), but eventually team up. They track Thor / Blake to his office, coercing Dr. Blake to help locate Thor. While the villains have their backs turned, Blake transforms into Thor and fights them. However, nurse Jane Foster is in the room at this moment. And she doesn't seem to notice the transformation.

How come she doesn't notice? Can somebody explain? Is this a plothole?
