Question regarding the "other" DC Showcases

So, Death and Sgt. Rock are in DCAMU, Kamandi and Adam Strange are in Tomorrowverse, and Catwoman is connected to Batman: Year One and The Dark Knight Returns. But what about the rest? The Spectre, Jonah Hex, Green Arrow, Superman/Shazam, The Phantom Stranger, The Losers, and Blue Beetle. Do you take them simply as tie-in with the movie they were included in, or should some remain separate -or maybe something else-?

Just made a very small research on Google for Green Arrow. Looks like most of the people assume that it's adjacent to the Young Justice universe (the same way as Green Lantern TAS) but still not an exact part of it.
