Resident Evil *spoilers*

Couldn't find a thread for this comic so thought I would make one.

Wildstorm's Resident Evil series is the latest in an extensive line of licensed comic books from the publisher, and one of many based on videogames. (Wildstorm also publishes Gears of War, World of Warcraft, Mirror's Edge, Resistance and more.) With the inevitable blockbuster Resident Evil 5 releasing this Friday, 'Storm's timing is impeccable. Unfortunately this series has several huge obstacles to overcome. First, its solicit has tied the book to the game and its protagonist, Chris Redfield. Second, Resident Evil games are among the most cinematic and visually exciting in the industry. Third, though the franchise has a convoluted story, it definitely has an established lore and history that every game ties to in some capacity.
