Anyone get this yet?

As soon as my replacement bank card (lost old one) comes I'm getting this, hopefully it comes tomorrow or saturday if not then my pre-order slip will be useless and i'll have to get the regular version

I got it today, Holy crap is this fun. I did more in the first 30 minutes of the game than I did in the first 10 hours of GTA IV. I also found a gang on it who are dressed like Uma Thurman's character in Kill Bill, So I killed on took the yellow bike and samurai sword and drove off.

Also cool is co-op dropping in a friends a game or having them jump in to yours is pretty nice I also like the fact you can block radio stations you don't want to hear ,I blocked Classical , Rap/hip-hop , Electric , Underground and collage. So I basically left the rock channels , easy listening and 80's.

Also funny thing sometimes your character sings along with the radio :lol: he even hums the instrumental bits.

Weapons wise they seem more fluid and easy to handle than the gta IV ones (not that they were bad in GTA IV it's just easier) you can also grab anything near by to use as a weapon e.g In a bar fight grab your bar stool and beat the hell out of someone.

Another cool feature is taunts and compliments. You get to pick your own one, Mine is Compliment = "Now i'm around no one is going to **** with you", Taunt = "**** YOU" *Gives the finger*

Combat hand to hand is great, during one fight my guy grabbed his samurai sword shoved through a guys throat then tuned around to slice another guy. Very well done combat system for a game like this.


All in all I recommend people on here at least rent this if you like gta style games and are after the ultimate current Gen one of them.

Hey mole. I bought a 360 and this game came along. Havent really played it. can you play co-op split-screen ?:O

and do you have it for ps3?

I, for the life of me, cannot find the 'abandoned drive-in' for one of the kills in the Hitman mission.


WHERE IS IT?!?! :crazy:

Today I finished the Mayhem activity for the one that is near your crib (the one you get when starting the game).

It was awesome finishing it with the rocket launcher (and much easier) since I got the weapon from a Ronin Stronghold mission.

I'm trying to do more activities before going to other missions, so I can having more fun with the game.

I love the activities my favourite ones so far are either the fighting one (kinda like a ufc ring) and the body guard one (where you protect a celebrity from fans)


I'm only on 5% though. I've been having more fun just having fun on co-op or customising cars. The planes are cool for co-op :

:lol: yesterday I was on it with brother I stole a plane while police were after me. I took Plane near a wall and hit the wall. Then I took off. It wasn't until I was in the air did I realise I had broken my left wing off :lol: I went up started going towards the left and down to the floor fast to my firey death.

I was on yahoo voice with brother at the time on handfree (since neither of us have ps3 mic, not even sure if ps3 version has vc on it) he couldn't stop laughing. Same thing when he needed help and I nitro'd backwards in a hurry to get to him and ran him over :lol:

Okay, I'm having trouble trying to find the ON TRACK place in the Barrio district. This is for one of the Hitman missions (I'm on the 3rd set right now). I can't find the place on the map, though I have been here before in one of the Sons of Samedi missions.

Almost half way done with the game (percentage wise). I have 48% completed. I've mostly been playing co-op with a friend of mine which makes a lot of things easier to complete, like a lot of the activities, for example.

I have 3 Hitman lists completed, but still working on one guy from the Saints Row Hitman list. I have to find Russell in the Underground Caverns (which I have no clue as to where its at).

I wish there were a lot more Mayhem activities. Those are my favorite.

My favourite (so far) has been the destruction derby one. And the cars it gives you for completing it are awesome.

Followed by fight club.
