It had some really great stories and some really bad ones. I'd recommend grabbing the trades. Severage Package [# 4] and Flowers for Rhino [# 5-6] are both really great. Oh and # 10 was really good too [Kaare Andrews art].

Yeah, it was really hit or miss, but boy were the hits great. You can probably find the trades dirt cheap.
