Joe moved and, while I'm not intimately familiar with the details, I know that at least at one point and for a while someone else was maintaining his website. I don't know what happened to this project or even if he's back on his site.
Actually I just checked his site - www.nybugle.com - and the most recent story is based on the Hulk leak, so it looks like he is back on unless someone else is using his name.
