I don't know if any of you like to cook, but I love to cook. I love to grill, I love to bake, I love to sautee, I love to crockpot. I love food.

I don't have anything written out at the moment but I've got some rockin' recipes I will share. Share some of your favorites!

cut some potatoes up with the skins still on them. put them on a piece of foil big enough to wrap them up. toss some cut up onion in. toss a goodish chunk of butter in. some pepper, some salt, some other random seasoning. wrap it all up in the foil. since potatoes take longer to cook, put it on the grill before you put any of your meat on. extremely simple and really tasty.

I made some paninis yesterday and they turned out pretty well.

I make these wicked enchiladas, and later I'll share the extremely fattening recipe with everyone. It's something I usually save for winter. Good heavy winter food.
