I was going to put this in that thread with the Oedipus essay, but I couldn't find it.

Some of these answers had me tearing up, especially the Ninja Turtles one. Hilarious!

Oh yeah, that's a good teacher. "I wish I could give you credit, that's hilarious!" Bah! Spank him!

Then you could end up on "To Catch A Predator", there was a teacher on there last night, and a Texas DA who tried to blow his brains out.

I once answered the question, "Define carpe diem" with, "Catch of the day." I knew what it meant and that the professor knew that I knew what it meant. He gave me full credit for the answer.

I'm going to start doing stuff like this on Math tests.

The best one I've actually done before was in Grade 10 history where we had to lable all the countries on a map of Europe, circa 1915. I didn't know one of them so I put "Otisburg", with the backwards "s" and everything.

When I got the test back my teacher had written "Otisburg?" "OTISBURG?!" underneath it on the page. I was amazed she got the reference. Or maybe she was just furious.
