Timeline Hub

I personally feel as though it kinda works like DofP, where the timeline gets reset (only instead of creating a new universe, it just overwrites what was previously there) apart from the few cases where it's meant to happen (time travel is weird, sometimes it's meant to happen and thus alway happened, sometimes it's retroactive, even weirder when both are used in the same media)

With DofP, it's a very simple divergence, in the main timeline Wolverine doesn't wake up, but the divergence is that he does wake up

Timelines are shown as still existing even after the time travel has occurred.

Terminator: Resistance, for example. Also, Salvation: The Final Battle.

However, the Tempest timeline ends with John Connor being born a woman somehow (Jane Connor), erasing all of the other characters from existence.

Did another Terminator arrive in the Tempest comic? (Which probably caused the butterfly effect so that John is born a female)

I don't fully recall, but it doesn't make sense either way.

Funny enough, somehow, travelling between the events of The Terminator and Terminator 2 caused John to start being born prematurely, only for another change to happen where he miraculously changes sex... and Sarah is the only one to remember the old timeline of John being born? I guess it created small shifts in the past of a few months ago and made a different sperm reach the egg.

Also, Jane Connor, who was born prematurely might I add, defeated Skynet slightly earlier before they could send any Terminators back, apparently. #girlsgetitdone

In one of the RPG books, (I don't remember which one) the name of the AI changes due to TDCs going back in time so much
