If you are reading this, don't worry Megatron, I leave the Power Rangers Universes to you, In fact I am still "new" to the franchises, but, as far as I am aware there is no real in-universe connection between the Super Sentai and Power Rangers Multiverses.

Timeline Reasoning
Kamen Rider (1971): The first Kamen Rider series. Yeah, 98 episodes, but the next ones are shorter.
Go Go Kamen Raider: Movie version of episode 13. I don't know if that means that it is a new cut or remake or it was just an episode projected in cinemas. I have the same doubt with the rest of movie versions of normal episodes.
S.I.C. Hero Saga [Missing Link]: This is the first thing that was not released in its placement, but years later.
Kamen Rider vs. Shocker: First original movie, set between episodes 51 and 52.
S.I.C. Hero Saga [From Here to Eternity]: Another of those novels released years later.
Kamen Rider vs. The Ambassador from Hell: Keep in mind that this movie like most episodes have different names in the wiki, in the episodes released for free in YouTube and other wikis so, I guess they have been retranslated multiple times. Set between 68 and 69.
S.I.C. Hero Saga [Kamen Rider Episode 99]: Another novel, as it tittle implies set after episode 98.
Kamen Rider V3: The next series presenting the 3rd Kamen Rider. You did not miss anything, there are actually 2 Kamen Riders in the first series.
Kamen Rider V3: Adaptation of episode 2
Kamen Rider V3 vs. Destron: Set between 22 and 23.
Kamen Rider V3 vs. Spider-Man: OK, an explanation. This "comic" is just a cheap ad in a Japanese magazine promoting Spider-Man (the Japanese 70s TV Show) and V3 consisting of Live Action photos of the two with captions added over while they fight some bad guys. While technically there is nothing indicating in their own shows that Spider-Man or Kamen Rider can't happen in the same universe there are 2 things against it:
1-It is just and ad in a magazine.
2-Officially in Marvel Spider-Man happens in Earth-51778 while Kamen Rider is implied to take place in the universe of Super Sentai, Earth-79203.
Kamen Rider X: Third series.
Kamen Rider X: Adaptation of episode 3
Five Riders vs. Kingdark: Between 27, if it has a plot and 28.
S.I.C. Hero Saga [Son of Zeus]
S.I.C. Hero Saga [Pre-Stage]
Kamen Rider Amazon
Kamen Rider Amazon: The Movie: Version of episode 16.
Kamen Rider Stronger
Kamen Rider Stronger: The Movie: Version of episode 7.
All Together! Seven Kamen Riders!!: Set after Stronger.
Immortal Kamen Rider Special: Set after the previous crossover
Kamen Rider (Syrider): This was supposed to be a reboot, this is why it has the same name as the original, but eventually as you can see in the next movie, nop, they changed their minds mid-series.
Kamen Rider The Movie: 8 Riders VS GingaOh: Crossover movie
Kamen Rider Super-1
Kamen Rider Super-1: The Movie: Despite its name this actually has an original plot.
Birth of the 10th! Kamen Riders All Together!!: The special that presented Kamen Rider ZX, that was supposed to have a series but it didn't catch on, so since it is canon in subsequent apareances is revealed that he just defeated his bad guys off-screen.
This is Kamen Rider Black!: The introduction to Black.
Kamen Rider Black: Like the 1979 series this was supposed to be a reboot but they changed their mind later.
Kamen Rider Black: Project Mad Soldier: Apparently set during episode 15
Kamen Rider Black: Hurry to Onigashima: Between 22 and 23
Kamen Rider Black: Terrifying! The Phantom House of Devil Pass: Between 38 and 39
Kamen Rider 1 Through RX: Big Gathering: Introduction to the next series
Kamen Rider Black RX: Sequel to Black RX.
Kamen Rider: Run All Over the World: Between 23 and 24
S.I.C. Hero Saga [After 0]

Kamen Rider Showa Era Universe: The universe were Kamen Rider (the original tv show), Kamen Rider V3, Kamen Rider X, Kamen Rider Amazon, Kamen Rider Stronger, Kamen Rider (is called like the original series because it was supposed to be a reboot but later it was revealed to be in continuity, so its Raider is renamed Skyrider), Kamen Rider Super-1, Kamen Rider ZX (a especial, no series), Kamen Rider Black, Kamen Rider Black RX (sequel to the previous one, featuring the same main character), Kamen Rider Shin (a 1990s movie, nothing to do with the recent reboot Shin Kamen Rider), Kamen Rider ZO (another movie without series) and Kamen Rider J (a third show-less movie) take place.

Battle J Fever Universe/Earth-79203 from the Marvel Multiverse:
World of Shinkenger: Kamen Rider Decade has a crossover with Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, but I need to investigate if this is the main Super Sentai universe or not.
Shin Japanese Heroes Universe: There are apparently hints between Shin Godzilla, Shin Ultraman and Shin Kamen Rider about them being set in the same universe. People say that they are also some inconsistencies, so I will leave this here for the moment until I see them (I have only watched Shin Godzilla).
The Skull Man Manga Universe: Contains a local version of Kamen Rider.
The Skull Man Anime Universe: Spoilers about the last episode: At the end it is revealed that this is a prequel to Cyborg 009, to which universe is not clear, maybe a brand new one.
Cyborg 009 American Graphic Novel Universe: According to TV Tropes: "The Cyborg 009 graphic novel by Archaia showed background references that implied Skull Man and Kikaider were part of the same universe. The last issue took it even further, revealing that Black Ghost was funded by Foundation X from Kamen Rider Double. Archaia had plans to make a massive Shared Universe comic series out of Ishinomori's works, but that fell through when Ishimori Pro disagreed with the direction the series was taking and the whole thing stalled out." So in some way this is a Kamen Rider and probably Kikaider and Skull Man universe.
Kamen Rider (1971): The first Kamen Rider series. Yeah, 98 episodes, but the next ones are shorter.
