Ult. Spidey #1 blue cover variant?

I'm looking for some info on an Ultimate Spider-Man #1 blue cover variant. Does anyone have info on this such as availability, a quality scan, or anything? I believe it has Doctor Octopus on the cover....

Oh, right, I think I've heard about this. It's supposed to have Ock from the cover of issue #14, I believe... I'm not really sure. Anyway, it's supposed to cover two issues as opposed to one.

I know a thing or two about this. I recently found out about it on E-Bay, and learned that this issue was available on a special Ultimate Marvel four-issue line that was available at Target. I remember seeing it about two years ago.

And since it's worth around 100 bucks on E-Bay, I hate myself for not having bought it for its cover price back when I saw it. I was still new to the Ultimate Marvel line back then, so I was very confused to see Doc Ock on the cover to Issue #1. But yeah, it's worth something.
