Ultimate Blade!!!!!

Perhaps I make a comment on how you managed to get 7000+ posts and just ignore you. Sound good? Splendid.

vampires will probably be the failed attempts of super soldiers who escaped and

are dying from a disease unless they [count chocula]suck your blood[/count chocula]

Blade was the most progressive one but the serum later affected him, he is

not fully vampiric

& then we find out that the disease, is the same as the "problem" (the brain thing) tony stark has, but it has been enhanced when they used the venom symbiote to try & cure themselves. they then run riot, & knock down the triskellion, & end up getting sent to the marvel zombies universe to save everyone from them. before being consumed by Gah Lak Tus

When the hell was that announced?!
Upon further reflection, whoever posted that update to Wikipedia about "It has recently been announce that an Ultimate Blade mini-series is currently in production" probably got things confused.

Ever since Blade Trinity was released there had been a LOT of discussions of an Ultimate Blade TV show, and its quite possible that the Wikipedia member got a TV series confused with a comic book, especially since he uses the phrase, "is currently in production" which is terminology more associated with film and TV than with comics.

This is even more possible with the fact that anyone could have added that to Wikipedia. If only a certain number of people could edit the website, it would be easier to believe this was true.

Well to be fair, I find that Wikipedia's accuracy rate isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be, and suspect that most people are just not into the whole 'creative commons' philosophy that guides it, simply because they expect information authorship regulated by an centralized authority.

You just have to be hypervigiliant I guess, and its fortunate for Wikipedia that there's a relatively solid base of editors working to remove the nuisance entries and so many authors quickly correcting things. The entries that are suspect are usually the ones that just aren't hot ticket items or aren't being updated continuously or contain items too miniscule in significance to verify or declaim (such as the one paragraph mention of an Ultimate Blade comic).
