Doc is old school so he would definitely use the Arm & Hammer Complete Care Whitening.

I'm not sure what toothpaste be uses, but I know he brushes with the Wand of Watoomb and uses the Eye of Agamatto as a mirror. Oh, and lets not forget about the Dental Floss of Dimboor.
