I think Ultimate Mimic should not be reduced to 5 powers.
I also think Ultimate Mimic should be a villain.
I think Villains should always be stronger than the heroes...because well...if you had a super power that like Magneto's or Proteus tell me you wouldn't miss use it. But if you're power was Angel's wings...you'd use it for good...or some wicked dates.
Besides Mimic would be a great villain. But since the Exiles Mimic is more popular they may Ultimatize that Mimic instead of the orginal Mimic which isn't even a mutant.
I would perfur the orginal Mimic so it can be used as a villain better. IMO.
