I dont ever rember the Hulk being in Utah. It could have been something that Bendis wrote in Ultimate Marvel Team-Up.
Was Ultimate Adventures any good? What was it about

Yep, 6 issues. Not exactly prize-winning writing, and the art was only so-so, but overall it was pretty good. Worth picking up, in my opinion.

No, I think it happens sometime during Ultimates 2. Maybe he gets angry and escapes there or something.
