Vol. 1 hardcover delayed to 10/6

Um, yeah, and then it was delayed to 10/13, but did it actually come out? Cus I preordered mine from Amazon and they still have it down as "not yet published", and have a November release solicited. I know they sometimes have the wrong publication date displayed for their products, but they usually have them shipped and dispatched on the correct date.
Did the book not come out? Or is Amazon late in recieving it or something?

Why the hell don't Amazon have it yet, then? This sucks. They got all the other Ultimate hardcovers on time even when they had a a later release date noted, so what's up with that?
