what is the diffrence between ultimates and ultimate avengers?

I'm confused by this. will the ultimate avengers have the ultimates but just in six issue arcs? i understand that ultimates 4 will be called new ultimates but what is the diffrence between that and ultiamte avengers, because if ultiamte avengers is another ultimates book staring the ultiamtes then I'm getting it

New Ultimates is by Jeph Loeb and Frank Cho and is Ultimates 4.

Ultimate Avengers is by Mark Millar and four artists, and seems to be more about the origins of characters and the history of the Ultimate Universe.

Ultimate Avengers is an event book, so it is everyone and anyone in the Ultimate Universe. So, see Ultimates 3 for what New Ultimates is going to be like, and the second arc of Ultimates 2 for Ultimate Avengers.
