Where are Hawk-Owl and Woody? If Ultimate Adventures is part of the Ultimate Universe, then where are they?

I can only assume that they secretly hitched a ride with the Squadron during Ultimate Power. That seems like a good story. (Just to be clear, I don’t think this is what actually happened.)

Presumably Hawk-Owl and Woody are still in Chicago. When Hawk-Owl turned down the offer to join the Ultimates, he mentioned that he preferred to remain local. He's also trying to be a responsible parent (as "responsible" as anyone can be who lets a teen-aged kid run around fighting bad guys, admittedly).
