who is Ruin?

I was over at DC.com and I was readin a solicit for Superman and it mentioned something about a villian named Ruin I was just wondering who is this villian?

Pete Ross. Maybe. Aw, hell if I know. Ross was unmasked as Ruin recently, yet he's venomously denying his involvment. So hell if I know.

Wait so Ruin isn't Pete. Cause I only read the issue where he unmasked him and then I dropped the book to get other ones once I found out.

I think they're still stringing people along on it. Pete denies it, but is doing things that may or may not be in support of Ruin. He's a true politician that one.
