Why There's No Silver Surfer and Why It's Not Called "Arrival"

I found out why the series will sadly, not have Ultimate Silver Surfer.

Also, this is why the series had it's name changed to Ultimate Extinction, rather than the now-ironic, Ultimate Arrival.
