Well then.....

Rubbish.

Bass' favorite word. Other inside jokes to come probably tomorrow morning, along with pics.

Judging from his other posts, it seems that Houde has completely fallen in love with Bass. Slut.

And comic book nerds ask the most retarded questions.

I doubt I'll ever bother with another panel ever again.
That's because they don't ask anything productive. Or they don't have the balls to bash the creators for Ultimates III

I wasn't aware of any news from the convention while at the convention, for two years in a row now.

It's bliss.

I found the artist of the Nightly News at the con, he's a nice guy. Him an dHickamn have another book coming out, though I don't know the title, I forgot.

And in reality Ice, it isn't news. It's an announcement.

I wish I was more aware of what was going on with these comics. If I had attended Philadelphia I would have become the most loved/hated man there.
Next year, you and me are going to WW Philly with a list compiled from UCers of moronic atrocities that must be questioned. You ask them and I'll film it.

Game on. Risk our reps being the biggest dicks of the comic book community to get wheels turning, It's what I'm all about.

Lying in the Gutters:

Senior DC figures are very unhappy with the Geoff Johns vs Brian Bendis panel at Chicago, billed as "the first ever Marvel and DC joint panel."

DC have had a very fractious relationship with Marvel since Bill Jemas and Joe Quesada took a variety of potshots at the company, including Quesada's comment in the New York Observer, "They'd be better off calling it AOL Comics. At least people know what AOL is. I mean, they have Batman and Superman, and they don't know what to do with them. That's like being a porn star with the biggest dick and you can't get it up. What the ****?"

This saw DC scupper a number of attempts at crossovers, including a Bendis written Batman/Daredevil special, and the suggestion that Marvel should fire Joe Quesada.

Bob Wayne, DC's VP Sales who attended a Bendis/Brubaker panel years ago and spoke up regarding the Batman/Daredevil non-project, is especially annoyed at not being given advance notice by Wizard or any of the DC people so that he could attend and monitor what happened - speaking up if he felt necessary.

Nevertheless, it was regarded as the best and most buzzed about panel of the convention...

I spoke with Bass on the phone the other night. I was disappointed that his accent was Britishy enough.

He doesn't have a very thick accent but I still could only understand about 50% of what he said.

I think I might have agreed to marry him. I'm not sure.

Both Marvel and DC should just shut the **** up. Stop caring about each other and start doing what you're supposed to do: COMICS.
