How many of you have seen the new Wonder Woman 1984 movie?

A lot of hate going around the internet.

After watching I wouldn't completely disagree with it. A wonder woman 3 is already approved.

I'm hopeful, as I enjoyed the original Wonder Woman.

I thought it was utter shit. One of the most stupid comic book films I've seen since "Justice League".

WB really needs to hand the reigns to people who understand these characters.

For sure I don't think it should win any awards.

I wrote an extensive review on my Facebook.

Don't get me wrong: I am a HUGE DC Comics fan. I was a DC boy instead of a Marvel boy growing up just because Superman and Batman had their big movies early on and I just went from there. I love the entire "Big 3" which I consider to be Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman. Green Lantern, Flash, Aquaman are my next three favorites after those three. I can give or take Hawkman and Cyborg. Hawkman is just a dude with wings who fights and Cyborg's...well, he's a Cyborg.

Anyhow, I grew up with the old TV incarnation of Wonder Woman starring Lynda Carter and I enjoyed the first Wonder Woman film -- though I found it to be a little too "safe".

This film, however...ugh. Pedro Pascal was the best part of the film, completely outshining everyone else in the film. He's the only one there who seemed to take what he was doing seriously. Everyone else sleep-walked through the thing.

I really wish that somebody who truly knows and cares about DC would do the movies.

I mean, I loved Birds of Prey no matter how disjointed it was at times and Man of Steel was actually a pretty decent Superman film. Shazaam is a distant third. Everything else was blah.
