I think it was stated by mods or even E himself that if you post spoilers before the release day it have to be spoiler tagged even if it is in a spoiler thread.

Just because some schmuck on the DC boards posts spoilers there doesn't mean I should expect to see them here. I know of and avoid his spoilers on purpose.
Now if it was Thursday, or even Wednesday afternoon I'd have no right to complain. But it's still Tuesday for most of us here.
