For my birthday, I received the Stanley Kubrick Collection Blu-ray and for Christmas I received the Lord of the Rings Extended Editions Blu-ray, Mad Men S4 Blu-ray, Lost S5-S6 and Tom Goes to the Mayor Complete Series.

Recently I have bought The Sopranos Complete Series, Adult Swim in a Box and the following Blu-rays: Alien Anthology, Boogie Nights, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, The Thin Red Line, Minority Report, Inside Man, Miami Vice, Casino Royale, Zodiac and The Prestige.

Money has no owners, only spenders.
 
I got Captain America (finally) and Boy Meets World season 7 and Home Improvement season 5 for Christmas.

Then I got Harry Potter 1-4, 7 parts 1&2 for $20 total in boxing week sales. Also in Boxing Week Sales: Shang Hai Noon, Shang Hai Knights, The Firm, Robin Hood (2010), The Great Muppet Caper, and Mickey's Christmas Carol.
 
First you insult my beautiful new Blu-ray copies (with digital downloads) of the extended editions of the LOTR trilogy, then you dare insult me of double posting?! How dare you!
 
I was going to post these in general but this seems better. recent weeks I bought the following blurays:

Journy 2 3d - fun film, 3d made itr more fun
Conan (new one) 3d - OMG did this suck
Hugo 3d - AWESOME movie more need to see this!
Monster in paris 3d - I liked it, pretty good movie and has cool songs
Muppets - LOVED It
Back to the future trilog.y - it's BTTF! in hd! nuff said

I rented this a few weeks ago and enjoyed it. I don't get the hate some reviewers threw at it. I was iffy about Kitsch in the role before seeing it, but felt he carried the role very well. It's a shame it didn't do as well in terms of box office, as I'd love to see more of the novels adapted.

Remake. And yes. I do this alot. I hate cinemas so alot of films i buy on dvd or bluray to watch. the conan 3d remake was just to have 3d movie to watch, and the 3d wasn't even good in it, the story was horrible , the effects poor and the story bad. The original conan looks like a masterpiece now lol




Also just got Final Destination 5 3d bluray. Great 3d , and this film is awesome. Makes up the turd that was FD4

I got the big huge 5 disc Avengers Blu-Ray not knowing that there were 2 more regular sized versions. But it was only $20 so I don't really regret it.
 
I'm gonna wait for the briefcase with all the movies coming out next spring because I want the Cosmic Cube to rule the world.
