@Pro Bot , is it possible that the Death Race remake series is a prequel to the series if we pretend the original series is set 50 years after they are actually so supposed to be set? So 2000 is now set in 2050 and 2050 is now set in 2100

Uh... I don't know. Maybe. I'd rather embrace the settings as they stand and connect them with creative thinking.
 
Is Stalking Shadows Chapter 4 set on New Years Eve or New Years Day? The first one means December 31st which makes Chapter 5 set in April 2001, not 2000.

I'm reading through all the Machiko connected comics and taking notes related to the timeline. (Good use of a 6 hour flight...lol)

I'll share what I have once I get a chance to clean it up a bit after I get back home.

After that I think I may work on a Schaefer brothers read through. I kind of like the idea of making little mini timelines / reading orders.

I would like that too. Schaefer brothers is a really interesting idea, since you have the Dutch types all tied in with the prequel novel, the short story, and then the bonus of that 2008 novel that was hinted to include Dutch using an alias.

Yep, then add in Concrete Jungle, Cold War and Dark River plus Hunters 1 thru 3 and then the stories tied to the other characters in Hunters...of course you you've basically got a full timeline...lol

Fun fact, Predator versus Judge Dredd acknowledges the first Predator movie and the 1989 comic book as canon, having referenced Yautja visting New York and featuring a future member of the Schaefer family. It's part of the official Judge Dredd canon, so uh... that's something.

I think it and Alien versus Predator versus The Terminator are the only crossovers that have a direct tie to the main series, since that one is an official sequel to Alien: Resurrection that takes all the existing movies for each franchise at the time to be canon to it. The Vampirella crossover does reference Weyland Corp and Weyland-Yutani too, if that counts. Aliens vs. Avengers is an alternate timeline that ties in with Prometheus and Alien: Covenant lore.

Those Schaefer's are everywhere. Even have a Dutch Schaefer in the AvP arcade game

Yes, I'm aware of those references, having read the comic.
 
I think it's interesting that Superman/Aliens is canon to DC but Green Lantern versus Aliens is not due to the deaths of Brik and Salaak. Technically that crossover was never referenced in any of the AVP/DC crossovers though, but let's assume that all AVP/DC crossovers are canon to DC (except that one), that makes the short comic story Aliens: Incubation canon to both the main DC comics universe and the AVP universe, since Batman/Aliens is a sequel to it.

It's possible that GLvA is canon to the AVP/DC crossovers of course, but that would require Superman/Aliens to be cross-canon with both the AVP/DC crossover universe and the main DC continuity, similar to Incubation.

Just to check, based on Post-Crisis lore, Krypton exploded in 1938, the Kents holding a baby Clark is 1965 (1964?) and the story regarding Superman killing the three parallel reality Kryptonians is from 1988, yes? It's for the Superman/Aliens comic.

someone made a POst-Crisis detailed timeline out there. Unfortunaly I'm too busy to send it rn. When I'm free I'll send it to you.
 
Something I completely missed, but David's Lab: Last Signs of Life has text, both on the thumbnail and in the video, stating "Post Date: 2017 [?]/[?]/17", so I guess it's set in 2117? Took Weyland-Yutani over a decade to investigate David's lab after his message to them, I suppose.
 
Could Power Rangers and Starship Troopers be connected due to the fact that Lost Galaxy and Firefly used the armor that was in Starship Troopers?

Did Death of Superman happen a decade later in the AVP crossovers or did more information come out about it after he returned?

It's not super clear. The chapter is dated 2000 and starts with Dutch in a fight. Then we switch to Scott on base thinking about New years day being a holiday and he tells his boss he was out for a walk after celebrating the new year so maybe the chapter then goes to 2001. Chapter 5 is marked as 2002.

Just finished the Marvel Predator run and I must say it was much better than I thought it would be. I hope we get a volume 4 at some point.

So, John Schaefer says he was frozen forty years. Since he was woken up in 2066 (have to assume Theta told him it was 2068 and he new he woke up a few years prior to that) that means he was taken around 2026 give or take a year or 2. We last saw him in 2017 in Hunters III. Dude doesn't age much and loves those flowered shirts....lol
 
In case you want to try and add them, here are all of the bios NECA created for their Predator releases.

There's also the Batman Dead End fan film that features Predators (3 of which got NECA figures with bios) and Xenomorphs. A fan film I know but ti did get official merchandise...lol! At the very least it's a good fan film and worth a watch.

And one last item, the story page that came with NECAs Alpha Predator figure. It merges the classic term Yautja with Hish from the Dark Horse era original novels. Also, the Amengi are based on the original insect like Jungle Hunter suit design that would have been worn by Jean Claude Van Damme before he was let go.

I believe that the present day sequences are set before Predator 2 due to the 1715 pistol. We'll say 1943 (one year after 1942 segment) or 1969 (midpoint between 1942 and 1997 - MCU wiki moment) I guess.

Honestly, we DON'T actually know when the Present Day segments take place. For all we know, they could be set centuries after Predator 2, so I'm not sure if placing the Present Day segments for KoK before the first movie would be a good thing.

At the most, I feel like someone should ask the director about this, since otherwise, it's gonna be a lingering question.
