The Marvel Database doesn't add trns to realities that not only don't have numbers but also don't have as much of a significance
Is it that significant as much as the other branches that were folded into one trn?

I know what you mean, but they did add a lot of TRNs for Loki, like TRNs for the different Loki variants that appeared in a handful of episodes, and different locations that are featured for an episode or less. Some of those locations don't have specific numbers but are said/referenced as diverged realities/branches in the show.

The branches that the variants of other TVA workers were in that are hypothesized to either be branches or one reality

Oh yeah, I know what you mean. Its kinda weird though cause Loki goes to different places through the tempad thing (which is normally always to another reality/branch) and takes them to this one universe, which would make it seem as though they came from branches, which the wiki lists on the episode description but then merges these TVA worker variants into one universe. Im unsure what should happen with these but I'm gonna ask the wiki if they will make TRNs for these branches or why they didnt make them already.
 
@selfishmisery here are the TRNs for Deadpool and Wolverine in the "End of Time" section. Most of the other TRNs and alternate universes have already been done. There are a few What If ones that I need to go over and the Loki ones will be until the wiki responds. But anyway:

Thinking about it more - I'll probably not put the TRNs for those timestamps only because part of the gag is the specific versions of Logan and making it a temporary reality number for each makes it far more difficult for others to pinpoint.

If a reality number is given to all of them, then I can change it.
So these are an exception.
 
I might change [Earth-10005] to quotations a la ["Earth-10005"] because even if they labeled it that, reality numbers do change even if the timeline is completely rewritten.

So basically viewing order is not updated to match order in first post in following 2 things, after they were rearranged:

1) Runaways
currently are like this in viewing order

Earth-15730 (X-Men '92) was once called Earth-92131 (X-Men (1992-1997)) in-universe once.
I guess Jubilee's resets actually have different reality numbers unlike Moria in Earth-616 given that the '92 comics timeline was shown as a previous incarnation of the cartoon universe in X-Men '92: House of XCII.

Remind me but were there specific days of the week given in Thunderbolts? (ex. "Sunday", "Monday", etc.)
 
Also, I don't have Disney+ currently nor do I have Cap 4 on Bluray.
I'm hoping that will change come payday in a few days.
