To be honest, since KISS Meets Phantom of the Park is KISS in a movie, but the Scooby-Doo one is KISS as KISS (as is the nature of the Scooby-Doo crossovers) you could include Scooby-Doo in the "Real World"

It mostly has the same function in Stitches. As for the Lament Configuration in Shrieker, the first time I've seen that drawing in the beginning of that film is after you pointed it out here.

I recently heard of an old Saw flash game/ARG on the official website from the 2000s, that led to a teaser for the next movie (I think). I haven't been able to find it anywhere online and it's probably lost media, and I get that Saw is already an overly convoluted franchise, but if someone were to find it, could it be added to this/the Saw timeline (if someone's made an isolated one)?

From what I've read you would play through a Saw game, so unless it obviously can't be canon I would assume that it is.
