Okay, big rant coming up. I apologise but, well, yeah. I need to do it.
Now you understand... this game will suck balls. :p Has more in common with Avengers than Batman: Arkham Asylum. It's a looter-shooter with micro-transactions and probably lootboxes using a popular IP to drive sales.

Let me just say, I don't like being negative, but I've been playing these games for years. I've 100% them multiple times, did all the challenge maps, beat Killer Croc in the Iceberg lounge, everything. These games are my childhood, and I know I don't have any ownership over that but it's precious to me.

I'm NEVER one to head-canon something as not existing in the same continuity, I make fun of Star Wars fans who do that, but this sounds so bad that if it's all true then I'd legitimately rather ignore it and just say it contradicts the comics and animated movie. I'd say Arkham Batman's story ends with his cameos in Vol. 3 of the ongoing mainstream Batman comics. I'm almost glad this game has such awful continuity with the rest of the series because it makes it so much easier to just... pretend.

The Gotham Knights game is legitimately better than the humiliation I got listening to that audio recording. It's literally giving me second-hand embarrassment and the game isn't even out.

This is literally making Harley's death screen where she calls Batman a loser (Loser, loser, loser, HA!) canon. What's worse, this comes after the Squad find a dead Tim Drake in the batcave, beat up Batman, use him to find a way to kill Superman, argue over who will kill him, and then the desecrate his corpse by carving some symbol into it.

This sounds like edgy fanfic nonsense. Arkham Batman is left to rot on a bench. I hope that it turns out that the leaks missed something out, or misinterpreted something, or are somehow wrong despite the evidence, but I'm not really hopeful for it.

There is no Flashpoint by the way. That leak was fake. There's just 12 more multiversal Brainiacs after the game is completed so they can milk it for more money post-launch, and Joker comes back looking more ugly than ever. Pathetic.

Though, technically you could get away with putting only #135 since #139-140 is a fragment of this world's Batman inside the mind of comics Batman due to multiverse stuff.

You know people will compare this to the unfairly treated Gotham Knight show or Batwoman and say "This game ruined Batman but at least it ain't WOKE like how CW treated the Batfamily."

Like how the internet suddenly decided to hate The Flash film after liking it briefly cause of these damn clout-chasing YouTubers.

Giving my prediction on the game:

The Suicide Squad WON'T kill the Justice League, and Batman Will sacrifice himself to defeat Brainiac, then if the Arkhamverse Will continue we Will get a Superman game.
Well, this has aged like milk.

I'm Just wondering, how in the world are they going to Kill Brainiac, that's a Superman level villain, how can they win. God, the powerscaling is over the place, we can see in the trailer WW one-shooting the Suicide Squad, but at the end they will kill the League. WHAT??? It's all wrong, Batman defeated by the same guys that he destroyed in Assault on Arkham, WTF. Oh, can't wait to see how Superman or Flash, will die, we know that we will bring him with us, for what, if we end up killing him? Such huge waste.

FUN SAD FACT: You can see Batman's death scene in the trailer.

The game should end like the alternate Catwoman ending to Arkham City where it reverses itself into non-existence, lol.
I should stop thinking, cos this makes me even more angry, but, that joker could be our joker, remember that when Arkham Batman met Infinite Frontier Batman, he tells him, that Arkham Joker came back to life, sooooo.....

but wait for the best, they didn't only utilized the Arkham Legacy for making people buying the game, no no, they did more, they, made a trailer showcasing Conroy's last performancek, for convincing people to buy their game, they literally used an actor legacy, for money, for what?? Making his character's journey meaningless. Quoting the 9th doctor here, "THAT'S JUST FANTASTIC!".

and this comes from a little cybertronian who played Arkham Asylum when he was little in 2009. I even read The road to Arkham before playing it. I was there from the very beginning, and now I will see how it ends..

There is something in the post-story content that "completely recontextualizes the story of the game" but they won't say what it is, only that it shifts everything that came before it, if fans were worried about what the game may severely alter about the Arkhamverse.

Reveal the Justice League are clones, or that the Suicide Squad exaggerated the story to Waller. Please.

Either way, all that's 100% true is 9 year old Ivy, DLC Joker and Deathstroke and that you "kill" the Justice League. It's a little better at least...
