Alien Shared Universe - Headcanon Timeline (V2.0)

So... about the Buffyverse and Firefly (and potentially other Whedon Stuff, still not clear waht is connected to me), should they really be included? Doesn't Blade Runner Stuff and W-Y contradict with Angel? I am uncertain about that. Also, is the Weyland Corporation from Death Race really off the table as a connection? Couldn't it be the one from AvP?

me and pro bot talked about that in previous messages.

It does seem to suggest a very dystopian setting mind you. You can say that the guy who died at the start of the 2008 film is the same character from 2000. That does somewhat mean that the placement of 3 doesn't need to be immediately before the first movie and in fact would probably work better somewhere else. Heck, maybe the 2020 comic could explain things.

Another one to joke about.
"We have a small version of that. I think, in Predator, the guy that Arnold is searching for is named Jim Hopper. And he's like all skinned and killed by the Predator. So that's our version. Stranger Things is just one elaborate Predator prequel." [...] "At the end of the show – I mean, he's hunting monsters now – so the government's like hey, you need to go to the jungle, and he gets killed and then that's it. So that's where we're headed."
The last season is set in fall of 1987. Predator is, according to Hunting Grounds, set in September 1987. Could you imagine how hilarious that would be? And Alien would have been huge in the 80s, but no references to it as fiction as far as I'm aware.

Where's that quote from? Think I've read it before somewhere

The Duffer Brothers said it on a Nerdist podcast, though it's disappeared and I couldn't find it on archive. I promise you I saw the Nerdist article when it first went up.

This really shows how any major franchise past and present can possibly be connected to the Marvel or DC multiverses in a way

I think my main issue with the original Death Race 2000 continuity is that there's one leader for the whole world in Mr. President, and there has been for a long time. I don't think that contradicts anything on the timeline at the moment though. It would contradict Independence Day though since there's a US President.
