Thinking about it, I feel like you could say the Peacemaker S2 comic kinda happens in the DCU but Gunn can't promise everything in it will be canon because it's technically more of a sequel to Peacemaker S1 than a prequel to S2 due to being set in the DCEU.

Gunn said the "transition" from DCEU to DCU will be explained very short & sweet essentially.
Curious how that is said in the the show.

Maybe they'll be a sort of recap showing S1 events, replacing certain things. Justice League becomes Justice Gang, etc.
