DC's Earth-66 - Timeline

I don't know if this was asked here but I'm still gonna do it, even if it's a bit controversial
Is Catwoman's race swap addressed anywhere? I kinda see the black Catwoman as Selina's successor of sorts but I don't really see if anything of this kind is actually confirmed or if they even address it at all

All Catwoman actresses play the same character, the comics even switch between them between panels
 
Lois Lane, Jimmy Olson and Perry White from Adventures of Superman appear in Batman 66 issue 30, does that mean that AoS is set on Earth 66 or are they just variants that look similar to their AoS counterparts?
