One question, isn't The Lion King supposed to be in the 90's because of the series Timon & Pumbaa, which happens in the modern world? I know a lion who resembles Scar appears in Hercules, but that could be just any lion.
Actually, based off Timon and Pumbaa, it'd be around the same time as Beauty and the Beast. I forgot their name, but the clock guy literally appears in that show

according to the book timeline Blendin's game takes place between The Land Before Swine and Dreamscaperers
with that being the case, season 1 and the first seven episodes of season 2 have to be moved before this date
considering just how many more adventures they had in that timespan i don't think this is a big problem

Just finished Owl House, there's actually quite a lot of good things for dating the flashbacks in it, I just need to see if I wanna go for 2019-2022 or 2020-2022 then I can work from there. Though, I don't know if I'll go with either, the show seems to heavily imply it all takes place over a few months, before the time jump in 3x01 which is either a few weeks or an entire year since it has to go until Halloween, with the show starting at the start of the Summer holidays and continuing into the next school year, then the rest of season 3 (minus the epilogue) is over a couple days max

So apparently 2x14 establishes it's August, guess I misinterpreted that episode since school hadn't started. That calendar only works with 2022, so that takes place from May/June to early September of 2022, then it's established the epilogue takes place some time between 3-4 years after the main events, in 2025/2026 (most likely the latter)

Niceee. I still need to watch season 3.

I'll be sure to stay spoiler-free, then
I was watching it as season 2 came out and i quite enjoyed the show, but when i finished season 2 i moved onto the next show on my list which i think was Amphibia actually i wanted to watch both cause they were made by people who worked on Gravity Falls. And season 3 of Amphibia came out just when i had gotten around to it, and i think i just forgot Owl house got a couple episodes for season 3

Rewatching the series for timelining.

In 1x01, there's immediately a flashback sequence to the last three times Luz was imprisoned. The Romeo and Juliet tryout flashback takes place on July 15th so apparently they finish school a lot later. The second flashback in that sequence takes place shortly after, since there's still a poster on the wall for the tryouts, probably within the same week. July 15th is a Wednesday, so that'd be July 16th or July 17th. There's no evidence for the third flashback, so a random day in July. The main events of this episode also take place in July, as seen on a calendar in the principal's office. Luz's mother says the Inside-the-Box summer camp is over 3 months, but that goes until September which is after "Luz" returns from camp, so I'll assume she misread the pamphlet or something. The rest of the episode takes place in the Demon Realm.

1x02 is established as the day after 1x01.

There is no evidence as to when 1x03 takes place.

1x04 seems to take place on the night of the same day as 1x03, since King talks about wanting to teach Luz about demons if he became her teacher, then 1x04 opens with King teaching Luz about demons. This is further supported by Luz's "banned" poster not being on the wall in this episode, but being on the wall after it.

I'm gonna keep coming back to this, hopefully it'll take a couple weeks max, then I'll start time stamping everything

Question, since i haven't seen this show in a few years. Does time in the other universe run parallel to earth so the same amounts of time pass on both? I'm pretty sure it does, but just double checking.

There's nothing to assume otherwise, and their 1600s happened at the same time, so I'd presume so

I've been thinking this over for a little bit and… what do people think of including non-Disney things that crossed over with Disney, but only the crossover part of it (similar to how only one Goldbergs episode is on the NoES timeline, not all of them)

Depends what it is really. What's on your mind?

Asterix and Obelisk is a big franchise so it'd be fun but might be a lot of work. Rick and Morty though, how would you even go about that? This universe might be canonically part of the rick and morty multiverse within the central finite curve but i'm not sure if you can even really include it on the timeline as there is so many timelines and universes within it most of which are unrelated to our disney universe. So i'm not sure.

I mean just the piece of media that includes the crossover. For example, only the comic Donald Duck, or only the episode with the mug portal

Well then yeah, all for that. Makes the most sense to me. Kind of like how we're treating Phineas and Ferb Mission Marvel, we include the crossover and you can look at the other franchise as canon if you want, but it's not something we're going to worry about because it'll make things more complicated for us.

… screw it, let's timestamp the Gravity Falls flashbacks. I'm gonna put just the episode titles and number here for now. Im assuming 207̃012 is after Treasure Planet. As always, WIP

Well, I've been editing this for the past hour without saving and my phone refreshed the page… I'm gonna continue this tomorrow, I don't feel up to redoing it all right now. It was only one episode, but it had a lot of dated flashback stuff in it and the formatting took aaaaages

i don't know if this was discussed on here, but the owl house has one huge connection to amphibia (even though it's mostly hidden) that seems to break what was established

I talked about Owl House and Amphibia earlier and did a very simple timeline for them, what does the connection break? Did i miss something?

The connection makes it seem both shows happen at around the same timeframe
If you're referring to the article about Anne on Luz' mothers ipad, it really only means that episode happens anytime after the Amphibia Finale. It's perfectly reasonable for an article to be written claiming Anne's story as a hoax about a year or two after it happened. It doesn't really destroy anything, it was taken into account.
