i've only read extinction and now i have the complete series what is the proper read order for this ?

Nightmare -> Secret -> Vision bits from the other comics -> Extinction -> Vision miniseries when it comes out.

There's six mini issues of Ultimate Vision that were placed in the back of issues of Ultimate Spider-Man, Ultimate X-Men, and Ultimate Fantastic Four. That's the series between Secret and Extinction. There's information about a post-Extinction Vision series that will be full sized issues (meaning 24 pages, not the 4 page bits I mentioned above) but I don't know where that's going.
