It's probably because it's only an April Fools thing. They might have redone the site for their gag and are just now putting it back.

When I clicked it originaly it said link did not work/site down type thing I thought "huh?" but by the time i had finished putting out my ciggy i noticed it loaded and the not working was an April fool's gag
