absolute cinema
It'd feel weird that it's chronologically the only season that doesn't match the release order. Before Disney + went with the wiki, I kept Iron Fist in Jan/Feb 2018 to match the Winter weather, Jan 2018 computer date, and them planning for the Spring Festival. I then had DDS3 around Feb/March 2018 to account for the Winter weather that turns into Spring at the end and with the assumption it would have to be after Iron Fist (this was also with the belief Defenders was November 2016). This ignores the DA election stuff in DD, but the IF evidence I felt was stronger.does anyone else think it's possible to reconcile dds3 as october-november 2017 with ifs2 still being early 2018? there are so many references to it being early 2018 in ifs2, obviously we know danny should have known about matts return post-dds3, but is it possible all the public knew of daredevils return post-defenders is the fake daredevil (poindexter), and danny didnt know matt had returned to the public as a lawyer between november 2017 and early 2018 when he leaves the country?

Actually I do believe this is something I'm supposed to edit. I believe it was brought up and agreed/not disputed that we should edit that now. I have a few I'm behind on, I meant to do edits a couple weeks back but my computer crapped out and I'm waiting on repairs atm. It'd feel weird that it's chronologically the only season that doesn't match the release order. -> The way we have JJ S3 and Punisher S2 here also doesnt match release/D+/wiki order
As we have JJ earlier before Punisher.
MCU Wiki admins:TVA miniseries artist has reiterated that it is in fact MCU Scarlet Witch/Elizabeth Olsen in the TVAView attachment 3312
The MCU wiki actually arguing that? lmaoThis is "The tv shows aren't canon!" all over again. It's actually hilarious.
"It's not canon until it's confirmed by the movies."
Why are people like this?
I saw those comments on the Marvel Studios reddit post where the artist post was shared. The MCU wiki actually arguing that? lmao
Oh, well that is Reddit after all.I saw those comments on the Marvel Studios reddit post where the artist post was shared.
Not to be that guy, but does this guy have a say in wether or not the comic is canon to the MCU?TVA miniseries artist has reiterated that it is in fact MCU Scarlet Witch/Elizabeth Olsen in the TVAView attachment 3312
No, but it's another thing that points to it be canonNot to be that guy, but does this guy have a say in wether or not the comic is canon to the MCU?
I actually contemplated posting it at all bc I was being that guy as I weighed the validity. I concluded that they probably wouldn't have spoken so definitively if they didn't also have some knowledge from Blair, the actual writerNot to be that guy, but does this guy have a say in wether or not the comic is canon to the MCU?
Sony tried to say the Venom movie was MCU canon when it first came out but we all know that isn't true. No, but it's another thing that points to it be canon
The difference is Feige is involved with the comics side and also spoke on the comic indicating it's the same TVA. That in combination with Marvel and the creator saying it takes place after Loki and Deadpool and Wolverine, the story itself placing itself in canon and now the artist confirming it's MCU Wanda all give credit to it being canon. So while one factor might not be enough, the combination of these is (or might be)Sony tried to say the Venom movie was MCU canon when it first came out but we all know that isn't true.
I'm not arguing for either side, I'm just saying that the creator of the comic isn't a great source for canonicity. As weird as that sounds.
Worth noting that he actually doesn't have anything to do with the story, he's the artist.I'm not arguing for either side, I'm just saying that the creator of the comic isn't a great source for MCU canonicity confirmation. As weird as that sounds.
Can you send the Feige quote? The difference is Feige is involved with the comics side and also spoke on the comic indicating it's the same TVA. Maybe I'm misunderstanding but this sounds like Kevin saying the comics are an adaption of the movies, just like the movies are an adaptation of the comics. Aka Non Canon.
