Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 5)

Feige/Doom after destroying all the other MCU branches in Doomsday, including the beloved Raimiverse and nulling the events of Logan from existence.
Feige, 2022: "It's surreal, and particularly surreal that it's full circle with Mr. [Sam] Raimi. I was a young producer who just felt lucky to be in the same room with him. Now, I'm an old producer that just feels lucky to be in the same room with him."

Yeah, uh, honestly, I don't expect them to permanently destroy legacy timelines just like that. I think the backlash would be too strong. They're already dealing with the "Marvel is ruined" crowd NOW, let alone after doing something like that.

I mean, uh... I'm an atheist too. I don't like the idea of destroying fan favourite realities, so I guess I'm a selfish atheist for wanting to keep the Raimiverse around. I don't know... I'd be pretty pissed off myself if that happened.

I'm sick of what "fans" think tbh. I think if it betters the stakes, have Tobey's Spider-Man die in a really heart-breaking manner and piss 'em off. Destroy his whole universe then. Forever.

I'll LOVE seeing the meltdowns from the same people who thought I was "r-word slur"ed for enjoying the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon and though that Spider-Man should have died.

Why don't we permanently destroy the MCU instead? Serves them right for their self-importance, trying to designate it Earth-616. I'd rather the MCU is made meaningless null and void than the Raimiverse or the Fox universe. Fuck the MCU for killing off Human Torch, while we're at it. Killed him off for a humiliating joke.

I wouldn't be opposed to it if that's how the MCU ended.

If it was done in a meaningful way and gave us something new and nostalgic kinda like No way home did for the Raimi and Webb films then I have no problem with them killing off every other universe. Plus it makes it sooo much easier to place in a cohesive timeline chronological Watch order compared to the multiverse saga having so many possibilities.

P.S I was just happy to see anyone from the Fantastic Four 2000s films let alone Johnny who is probably my favourite of the four appearing in an MCU project with Deadpool and freaking Wolverine but after the initial hype of the movie wore off after awhile I kinda hated that they killed him off in such a shit way. But I'm glad we got him back in any capacity since it seemed pretty unlikely for years after silver surfer came out that he would be back.
