Has anyone on here seen Spider-Man yet and if so can you let me know when you think the main events of the film take place as I know it's happening in either September/October/November 2028 but in need help narrowing it down. Also no spoilers but I'm gonna see it in Just under a week.

Also I saw that Sadie Sink's character got leaked by some bozzo at the premiere and also the post credits scene is already online and it's basically like another ant man and the wasp post credits scene with the ant playing the drums so nothing important really but definitely occurs at the end of brand new day.

Please tell me it's not the best Spider-Man character ever, Gog the Orange Alien
Fits well with her ginger hair but nonetheless... She doesn't look at all like him

I'm fully confident the remade MCU will just have a similar excuse to the remade X-Men Movie Universe... Which is none
Mystique died but is somehow alive decades later (because Doomsday is obviously gonna have these characters be 10005 ones), Jean Grey became Phoenix but is normal again decades later, Cyclops is somehow younger than usual, Deadpool is somehow younger than usual, all the characters age to middle age in just 10 ******* years
None of this matters because no one is gonna question it

They did say they're gonna be recasting Tony and Steve
With that in mind, I'm starting to think that Secret Wars is gonna have Doom have a change of heart after some magical nonsense
(possibly Jean Grey
since why would she be in both Spider-Man and Secret Wars)
is gonna bring his family back and he's gonna have a moment of gratitude by sacrificing himself to something while bringing the X-Men and the Fantastic Four to the main universe and rewriting history so that Tony doesn't die and Steve comes back after putting the stones back instead of staying in the past

Since before MoM I always thought that Dark Phoenix wasn't canon. Doomsday just confirm years of theory. After MoM I added that Dark Phoenix was the 838 Universe

Dark Phoenix happened, it came out, it's a sequel to Apocalypse, there's references to previous films, it's fine. Characters come back to life all the time in the comics.

If anything, Doomsday would be non-canon... not the actual X-Men sequel.

I think Dark Phoenix will be retcon to be set in a timeline branch of X-Men universe, a branch with the differences of Jean possessing the Phoenix Force, having killed her mother in a car accident as a child, having killed Mystique, etc, so it's canon and not canon at same time, using Loki's concept of multiverse tree, it was in X-Men's universe tree. My headcanon.

I think it's much simpler to just accept it all as canon. Nothing is really unexplainable. Even character deaths.

This is Marvel, remember? Jean could have resurrected Mystique with the Phoenix Force.
I mean yeah, it makes since she would. Since she killed Mystique, she owes one to the X-Men to resurrect her without complications.

According to this guy, they explain that by saying further time travel changed the X-Men timeline after the events of D&W. But IDK if it is a legit leak though.

Comic writers can manage five comics at a time yet he can't manage two movies and a show
I get it's a lot of responsibility (winkwink) and such but cmon

And for Marvel to announce a second season and not even open the writers room seems like an attention grab for the show or at least a ridiculously premature decision.

Clearly, they can be cautious renewing if things are in the air like MK s2
