Getting back into this now that I can play movies on my iPad like I wanted.

Skyfall - 4/5
Typical good Bond movie; cool gadgets and good action. That's about it.

This Is The End - 4.5/5
Hilarious. Jonah Hill in particular was hysterically funny.

The Royal Tenenbaums - 4.5/5
What an odd movie. Sad and dark and funny all at the same time. Gene Hackman was fantastic in it.

Even though I'm not sure the villain's plot makes sense, Skyfall is better than the majority of James Bond movies just because Roger Deakins shot it and it looks gorgeous.

I love This is the End. Danny McBride's entrance is one of the greatest in cinema history.

That scene in The Royal Tenenbaums where Luke Wilson looks in the mirror, says "I'm going to kill myself tomorrow," and then Elliott Smith plays is why I love movies. Devastating and beautiful.
