And Lauren and Jayden’s father retires from being a ranger instead of dying in battle like in the show
 
if the split can't be resolved, it would mean that every show post-MMPG are a different universe and it can't be as old characters appears as they were previously (AKA Lord Zedd) so this mean that it was resolved off screen or any reasons you can give.

So yeah to make it simple, they made something simple more complicate than it should be and def more confusing.

It can't be, as every team would be its own universe, and that's impossible.

Jane from the comics knows about any team before Hers as It was how It Is in the show, so if It Is restored, it's restored. If It changed, then the comics supplanted the show.

And to conclude the hyperforce RPG Season set After Time Force. The main villain Is the son of Rita and Zedd from Opration Overdrive, and they go back in time to both TV and comics events, and they specified that they went back in TIME.

So there Isn't a split, it's a linear timeline. We Just have to accept the colonization and that the Linear course of events we're restored off screen.
 
basically the main problem is that the authors changed.

At the start of their run they wanted to be super close to the show, then new writers came and said nope. The problem? During the previous era, Hyperforce was made, and they can't retcon stuff set in like 3000 years from then, or they just forgot about it.

Still to complicate things they released comics tie-in to Hyperforce with them interacting with the comics ofc, and again in their RPG they interacted with the TV Canon.

To sum it down, the comics are forced canon, even tho they can't technically fit. But as for logic, they still are. That or you have to assume that the TV Canon is how the timeline was before Drakkon and the comics changed everything, which I think it's worse.

So yeah the new authors def fucked it up. (also if you don't count the TV series, the Rangers pop-up with powers since GGPR #1, Zedd spawns randomly, Tommy changes his style from Green to White in a blink of an eye).

See? That's what I call a bad example of "Doing our way".

Somehow the concept of this never even crossed my mind until now…
 
ok thank god PR has only 2 novels, this and the film (2017) adaptation, the rest are Super Sentai which aren't important for this thread.
 
so tbh in Darkest Hour #1, Billy splinters the grid isolating every team, in a way worse than before as Grace even dies in 1969 with the other rangers to avoid interacting with the MM.

He's then seen way later, when older still trying to repair it. So I guess that he repairs it off screen and idk everything gets repaired. This depends on Power Ranger Prime, but if everything goes fine all of this should end before the season 2 ending. (The main comic series ended and Prime will end in April 2026)

as for now they have 2 series VR Troopers and Prime ongoing in this new reality. Tbh I kind of see it as PR's Flashpoint.

But still for now I can't continue it, As Idk how they end and how to place them. So we just have to wait.

That's Power Ranger Prime, the reality Billy made destroying the grid. We have to see how prime ends to see what happens.

But in any case this isn't an event that would happen in the right timeline. See this Prime Universe as being Flashpoint, which also suits it as everything is going to shit.
