The Colour of Magic! (uk only)

The Discworld - a magical realm quite unlike, yet hauntingly familiar to, ours - has got it's first tourist. Rincewind (David Jason), an inept ex-student wizard is given the task of guiding Twoflower (Sean Astin) through the city state of Ankh Morpork. Rincewind has two problems: firstly, as an expert coward, he doesn't feel he's the best person to guard a naive - and extremely rich, by local standards - tourist through one of the roughest cities in the multiverse. And secondly, the world is coming to an end. Never rains, eh?

The film of The Colour of Magic combines Terry Pratchett's best-selling fantasy novels The Colour of Magic and The Light Fantastic.

Coming this easter to Sky in the uk only! I guess Hogfather was so successful they are doing another one. It looks great. Also Christopher Lee is the voice of death which should be cool.

**** you UK. Just **** you.

Last one was on US TV. I just had to wait. And missed it because I didn't know to wait. Not this time.

* waits *

:lol: hey you get alot of stuff we don't so :p

The US get such an incomprehensibly large amount of stuff the UK and Ireland don't get that it boggles that mind that comments such as Baxter's would be made.

Just watched the first part.

Very good stuff. The Death/Rincewind stuff cracked me up, and the Librarian constantly referencing monkeys and apes in the build up to his transformation was very good as well.

I loved both parts. I prefered Hogfather but this was still awesome. I want more sky Discworld movies made.
